  • Partial Delivery: If only part of the ordered quantity is delivered and the remaining portion cannot be completed.

  • Invalid or Inactive Link: If the URL submitted is broken or leads to deleted or inaccessible content at the time of processing.

  • Duplicate Orders: If the same order is accidentally placed multiple times for the same link and quantity.

Refunds are processed to the user’s platform balance unless otherwise agreed.

3. Ineligible Refund Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Orders placed with incorrect or misspelled links

  • User account changes made after the order has started (e.g., profile switched to private)

  • Loss of followers, views, or engagement due to platform algorithm changes

  • Issues caused by third-party platforms beyond our control

  • Requests made more than 72 hours after the order completion

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Log in to your Socialty.it account

  2. Visit the “Support” section and open a ticket

  3. Provide the order ID and reason for the request

All refund requests are reviewed by our team within 2 business days.

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team is a violation of our terms and may result in account suspension. We encourage users to resolve any issues with us directly.

6. Policy Updates

This refund policy may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
